Priority is based on physician relevance, influence over payment or policy, public interest, category balance, availability of verifiable evidence, and the ability to maintain the review over time. Suggestions do not influence grades or conclusions.

2. TriageRelevance, scope, and evidence availability are checked.
3. ResearchSelected organizations enter the standard research and fact-check workflow.
4. PublicationOnly validated, standardized reviews appear on the comparison page.
